Krishna literally means "The Dark Complexioned One" or "Having Bluish-Black Complexion".

Sometimes his complexion is described to be like that of a Storm Cloud.

Krishna also means "Aakarshan" i.e. the "All Attractive", meaning someone who has the power to attract....

According to Hindu religion, he is the Eighth Avatar or Incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

He is the Supreme Person and the Highest God.
